What to prepare

Payments
How billing works
After your consultation, we send a secure Stripe invoice for the deposit to reserve your dates. The balance is invoiced on completion. Every payment is tied to your agreed scope.

- Balance invoiced at guest-ready handoff
- Cancel within 2 hours for a full refund; after that, 50% of the deposit is refunded
